We accept Master Card, Visa, Debit Cards, and Accept North Carolina Health Choices.

As a rule, payment is due at the time of service. If you have insurance that can be verified, we will gladly file your claim. Insurance co-pays and deductibles are due at the time at service. If a payment plan needs to be arranged, please do so before your appointment. After 90 days, the patient is responsible for complete payment. It is important to remember that the patient is ultimately responsible for their account.
